CODE OF GOOD PRACTICE: DISMISSAL SHORT WORKSHOP (2 HOURS)

On 4 September 2025, the new Code of Good Practice: Dismissal was Gazetted. The new Code includes many, significant new directions on how employers must approach procedural fairness, and in addition, how to deal with incarcerated and incompatible employees to mention just a few of the changes. We have developed a short 2-hour workshop for company in-house presentation (virtual or in-person). This short workshop will equip supervisors and managers to navigate discipline and dismissal cases from now on, and give expert direction on the Code’s impact on disciplinary procedures and codes.
